At helenmargot.com we are convinced that you will be delighted with the product(s) you buy in our shop. The products are of good quality and comply with the features and characteristics displayed in our online store, and therefore if you have chosen it for its characteristics, it will be designed and built to be just what you need. However, there are times when a product may not be what I expected it to be. In such a unlikely case, we invite you to review the following terms related to the return of a product.

We only accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery.

In the event that a product has been sent to you in error other than the one you purchased according to the order confirmation, helenamargot.com will be responsible for processing the exchange of the same for the correct product, assuming the costs of return as well as those of the new shipment.

In the event that the product is found to be defective, and therefore comes under warranty, you must contact us, so that we remove the product and arrange for the return of the same, either the exchange or repair of the product.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is in perfect condition and unused, you may return your order.

In the event that the return is not a defect of the product, shipping costs will always be borne by the BUYER.

It is necessary that the product is returned in perfect condition, including all accessories, without use (mere verification of the good condition and operation of it). If the product is not returned in the original box or packaging, if the packaging is not in perfect condition, or if the product shows obvious signs of use, or if it has been tampered with or used improperly, the good will be depreciated. This amount will never be higher than the price paid by the customer for the item purchased. In addition, the CONTRACTOR may avoid having to compensate the OWNER for the loss of value by correctly maintaining the condition of the original box and packaging as well as performing any other action that may affect its value.

Once the product has been received and inspected to check that all requirements are met (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and the amount will be paid to you by bank transfer without any undue delay since you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days from the time your credit memo is requested until you can see it on your account.

If a product is tampered with, broken seals, has suffered misuse will not be fertilized. We do not accept returns.

Under no circumstances will we accept returns of products designed, manufactured or ordered specifically for the order.
